Life is simply hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be tough to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I seriously love the taste of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is important. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard joke coffee hoodies to get enough shut-eye. This therapeutic process of pulverizing beans, mixing hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect brew becomes my meditation. Each sip carries with it a feeling of calm, grounding me in the here and now.
